    1967 Bobsy SR 4

    Bobsy SR4 designed and built by Jerry Mong.  Long racing history documented in History (teamterrificracing.net) and SCCA, RMVR, SVRA and CVAR log books and files that come with the car. Raced by current owner with CVAR at MSRH (2020) and ECR (2023) and SVRA at NOLA (2024).  Semi-monocoque (sheet aluminum over steel tube) chassis with 1700 cc Ford Kent engine (dual 45DCOE, 12:1 CR, Dave Bean RR cam, dry sump) refreshed by Speedstar (2021), Hewland Mk 9 5 speed gearbox with 8:31 final drive, recent clutch, recent Koni 8212 shocks, 4 wheel disc brakes.  Cosmetics can use attention.  Trailex aluminum trailer available.  Owner retiring from racing due to health concerns.  Asking $35,000 for car and some spares.
