It’s that time of year already. The start of 2026 means it’s time for our Annual Meeting and time
to get the racing year started.

CVAR’s Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00
PM, in Waco, Texas.

The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for members to hear year-end reports and receive updates
on club operations. Members will also review election results, discuss rule change proposals,
hear what the Board is working on for the future of CVAR, and share questions or input during
the meeting.

We plan to broadcast the meeting over Zoom for members who are unable to attend in person
and would like to listen in. To support this, we are looking for a volunteer to manage the Zoom
broadcast on site during the meeting. If you are interested in helping, please contact David Lee or

direction and future of CVAR.
