As addressed in the CVAR By-Laws, we will have an Annual Meeting on Saturday, January 20th (the 3rd weekend of the year), 2024.
In the Pre-Covid Era we had a meeting at the Holiday Inn Express in Fairfield, TX, which most believed was a good compromise location for access for most members. Unfortunately, that facility no longer has a meeting room on site and there were no other hotels in Fairfield with meeting rooms that were adequate size for our group.
We have decided to meet at the Holiday Inn Northwest in Waco, TX, on Saturday January 20, 2024. The time for the meeting is expected to be from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM and will be in the Baylor & Bellmead Room. We will have classroom and table seating and audiovisual support available.
